How it Works and Service Fees
For Sellers
Register For an Account
Submit your information to create your account. We will collect payment information but accounts and listings are free.
Submit Your Vehicle
Provide us with details and a few photos of your enthusiast vehicle. If accepted, we will require additional photos and we will finalize the listing for you.
Answer Questions and Accept Offers
Monitor the Q&A and Comments sections of your listing to answer any questions from potential buyers. Also, keep an eye on the offers to counter, reject, or accept them as they come in.
Accept Offer and Transfer Ownership
You can accept the best offer at any moment, which will automatically charge the buyer our fee and share your contact information to finalize the sale.
For Buyers

Ask Questions and Do Research
Search our live listings for your next enthusiast vehicle and ask questions in the Q&A or comments section. Conduct any necessary research regarding shipping and financing before submitting and offer.
Submit Offers
Submit your offers directly on the listing page and monitor offers from other users. Sellers can accept an offer at any moment so be sure to be competitive as soon as possible!
Finalize Sale and Take Ownership
Once your offer has been accepted, you will automatically be charged the our 2.99% buyer’s fee and your contact information will be shared with the seller to finalize the transaction.
For Sellers
- Submit information about your vehicle such as the vehicle type, year, make, model, trim, condition, and a few photos.
- We will assess your vehicle and let you know if it has been accepted to list on the platform.
- If accepted, a dedicated listing manager will be assigned to you to assist with creating the listing. Your listing manager will write the description for your listing, provide you with the photography guide (or help you book a photographer), and assist you with compiling documents for the sale.
- Once your listing has been created, it will go live on our site and we will begin advertising your vehicle across our social media and 3rd party platforms.
- You will monitor your listing to answer questions from potential bidders and keep track of the offers on your vehicle.
- Once you receive an offer you would like to move forward with, you will accept it through your portal.
- We will connect you with the winning bidder so you can complete the transaction!
For Buyers
- You will create a user profile with Mint Motoring, entering your name, contact information, current city and state, and credit card information (profiles are completely free!)
- Ask questions and submit offers on your desired listings. Be sure to conduct your due diligence before submitting an offer on a listing.
- If your offer is accepted, a 2.99% buyer’s premium will automatically be charged to your credit card (minimum of $250, maximum of $5,000).
- We will connect you with the seller so you can complete the transaction!
Service Fees
- Listings: It is completely free to list your vehicle with Mint Motoring! Every listing will have its own dedicated social media post on our media outlets as well as a place in our email newsletters. We also include a vehicle history report when applicable.
- Buyer’s Premium: A 2.99% buyer’s premium will be placed on all winning offers with a minimum fee of $250 and a maximum fee of $5,000.
- Photography: Mint Motoring has an expanding network of partnered enthusiast automotive photographers throughout the United States. Check to see if there is a photographer in your area!
- Pre-Purchase Inspections (PPI): PPI and other inspection costs are set by third-party services, Mint Motoring does not directly set pricing for inspections. We recommend LemonSquad as an accredited third-party PPI service.
- Shipping and Transportation: Procuring shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, Mint Motoring currently does not offer shipping options.
